Aligning project achievements and easing communication between teams

At InnoTech, we are much more than “screens”. What’s behind the faces you usually interact with on conference calls? Today, we invite you to meet Pedro Brito. He is from Setúbal and has great knowledge in the supply chain area.  Pedro is a classic car lover and aims to own a collection of them 🚗🚗🚗.

Why did you choose InnoTech to evolve your career?

Because InnoTech has a focus on the future and on the people, these are key points that I value in any company.

How do you describe yourself? What personal qualities do you highlight?

I guess some key features I value in myself are the ability to take feedback and be able to keep on improving.

As a recent InnoTecher, what’s your opinion about the onboarding process? And the work environment you found at InnoTech?

Excellent both on the onboarding process and the work environment, no observations whatsoever currently.

What is your role, what do you do in practice and what are your main skills?

I’m a Project Manager. Some of the functions include troubleshooting any problems in the project that may arise, aligning project achievements and easing the communication between the various teams involved in the project, among others.

What do you like the most in your job and as an InnoTecher? How do you see yourself in a few years?

One of the things I consider the most valuable would certainly be the ability to work based on a more comfortable position taking into account my expectations for the future and personal life. In the future, I hope I will be able to continue to improve upon my skills and continue to achieve many more milestones and dreams 🙂.

In what project are you involved? Tell us a little bit about it.

I’m in the Worten Tech Team, involved in the development of the new website and associated components and systems. It’s been a challenging project both for the team I’m working with, and myself, as we see the need to constantly adapt to new circumstances. The project includes lots of new concepts and moving parts that are constantly working together with one another. All the above of course makes it much more interesting 🙂.

Where do you live? What do you like to do in your free time? Is there any (secret 😊) curiosity and fun facts about yourself? Let the world know 😉

Currently, I live in Setúbal and some of my hobbies include diving, welding, classic cars and I’m also a part of a musical group. Regarding secrets/curiosities, I guess my different hobbies are somewhat a curiosity by themselves 😄.

Do you need a tech partner and top-of-the-game talents to enable or enrich your next project? Let’s talk!
