Why did you choose InnoTech to evolve your career?
I saw in InnoTech a human company that cares about its employees. Excellent working conditions and a salary within market expectations.
How do you describe yourself? What personal qualities do you highlight?
I am a technology enthusiast and self-taught. I also like to be challenged and learn new things. On a personal level, I am very faithful to my principles and loyal.
As a recent InnoTecher, what’s your opinion about the onboarding process? And the work environment you found at InnoTech?
From the first call, InnoTech’s Managers were attentive and very cordial, always available to answer any questions about the hiring process. This continued throughout the time, maintaining frequent contact.
What is your role, what do you do in practice and what are your main skills?
I am a Quality Assurance Tester. Among my main functions, I highlight writing scenarios and test cases, running manual tests and creating test logs and documents using JIRA. I am an analytical and curious person, which is essential for my work.
What do you like the most in your job and as an InnoTecher? How do you see yourself in a few years?
A characteristic that is part of my personality is investigating how things work. This is something I like most about my job, analyzing processes, identifying errors and finding possible solutions. In the future, I plan to acquire certifications corresponding to my role and to develop myself in automatic tests.
In what project are you involved? Tell us a little bit about it.
Today I am the QA responsible for Worten’s CRM (Salesforce), where I work to ensure the quality of the product from the beginning to the end of its cycle, executing the tests that best fit what is being carried out by Developers. After that, I manually test for Go or No Go for production deployment.

I am Brazilian and I have been living in Portugal for four years, currently in Loures. In my spare time, I go to the gym, play football and love to travel or go on little road trips with my wife. One curiosity about me is that I have been a runner and have run a few half marathons. One of the most memorable races for me was the São Silvestre in São Paulo – Brazil, the most famous in my country.
