InnoTech reaches €2M turnover milestone in less than 2 years and wants to recruit 120 talents in 2022

By the end of 2022, InnoTech also expects to open an office in the north of Portugal, where it will launch skills development academies, namely in OutSystems.

Born in the midst of a pandemic and at the beginning of the 2020 lockdown, Innotech grows 960% and hires 57 employees last year. In 2022, it intends to reinforce the team with 120 new talents and reach 6 million euros in turnover. Office in the north of Portugal and Benelux and Middle East markets are already being prepared.

 

Lisbon, January 25, 2022 – InnoTech, a Portuguese tech company founded in April 2020, has just announced that it has reached the milestone of 2 million euros in turnover in 2021, achieving a growth of 960% compared to 2020, in which it had accounted for 188 thousand euros.

In 2021, the company hired 57 employees (currently it has a team of 85 people) and the expectation is to recruit another 120 talents this year with specialized technical skills, mainly Software and Web Engineers, Mobile Developers, DevOps and Database Administrators, and for the BackOffice, in order to maintain the existing culture of proximity and connection with the team and customers. In terms of turnover, forecasts point to it tripling in 2022 to 6 million euros. And the growth doesn’t stop there. Also in the first quarter, InnoTech will move to a headquarters with an area four times larger, remaining in the center of Lisbon, but changing to Picoas Plaza. This evolution also represents a strategic commitment to the development of its offer and business models: PeopleTech (high-performance squads), NearTech (remote software factory), CyberTech (cybersecurity solutions) and Crowd Testing (applications testing by real users in the “as a service” model). By the end of 2022, it also expects to open an office in the north of Portugal, where it will launch skills development academies, namely in OutSystems.
