Born in the midst of a pandemic and at the beginning of the 2020 lockdown, InnoTech grows 960% and hires 57 employees last year. In 2022, it intends to reinforce the team with 120 new talents and reach 6 million euros in turnover. Offices in the north of Portugal and Benelux and Middle Eastern markets are already being prepared.
In 2021, the company hired 57 employees (currently it has a team of 85 people) and the expectation is to recruit another 120 IT professionals in 2022. This IT consultants will be mainly specialized in Software and Web Engineers, Mobile Developers, DevOps and Database Administrators. For the BackOffice, the company also expects to reinforce their team, in order to maintain the existing culture of proximity and connection with the team and customers. In terms of profit, forecasts point to it tripling in 2022 to 6 million euros. And the growth doesn’t stop there. Also in the first quarter, InnoTech will move to a headquarters with an area four times larger, remaining in the center of Lisbon, but changing to Picoas Plaza.
This evolution also represents a strategic commitment to the development of its offer and business models: IT consulting, Nearshore Services, Cybersecurity Offer, and Crowd Testing. As well as their IT delivery models: High-Performance Squads, Turnkey Projects, and Time and Materials.

With the consolidation in the national market, InnoTech wants to expand its operations throughout 2022 to international markets, essentially countries in the Benelux and Middle East region.
