The LinkedIn Top Startups 2022 list revealed 10 emerging companies in Portugal that are gaining visibility and recruiting the best talent. Backed by LinkedIn’s unique measurement data of different elements of growth and demand, the list reveals companies that you should pay attention to.
Starting a business and growing it is difficult, but this is particularly true today. With the labor market navigating generalized inflation and economic uncertainty, it becomes increasingly difficult for young companies to obtain investment and grow quickly.
But, although it is a challenging period, there are those who argue that innovative ideas are born in times of uncertainty. Keeping afloat with constrained resources and limited capital can make young companies prioritize their assets and values and adapt quickly.
Our 1st annual LinkedIn Top Startups list is the resource that allows us to find the startups we should pay attention to today, featuring 10 companies from Portugal that are managing to overcome current challenges and continue to innovate, gain visibility and to attract the best talent in 2022.
To compile this list, we analyzed LinkedIn data in four areas: employee growth; interest of job seekers; interaction of users within the company and with its employees; and whether these startups were able to recruit talent from our premier LinkedIn Top Companies list.
